The design team for the planned 15-unit development at 78 E Lynn St, Johnston Architects, has offered to participate in a one-hour Zoom meeting open to residents of the Eastlake neighborhood. The meeting is scheduled for Wednesday, October 13 at 6:00 pm. During this meeting, the design team will provide an overview of the project and answer questions from the community.

If you have questions regarding this development, please submit them to info@eastlakeseattle.org no later than 5:00 pm on Friday, October 8. Any questions submitted after this time may not be considered. We will share your questions with the design team and hopefully address all of them during the meeting, time permitting.

As a reminder, early design review is not a forum to discuss "as-of-right" land use concepts such as height, parking, or density. It is especially valuable, however, as a forum to discuss design details such as landscaping, materials selection, massing, and scale — and especially how these details interact with the public realm and contribute to neighborhood vitality. All comments — positive, negative, and neutral — are welcome!
