General Land Use Information
This listing of proposed projects is not a comprehensive list of all Eastlake projects. It includes proposed projects we believe are of general neighborhood interest. It will be updated as we learn of other projects. If you are interested in receiving an email notice of proposed projects, you may subscribe to the Land Use Information Bulletin at: City of Seattle Email Updates.
To access more information about any proposal, use the City’s link https://cosaccela.seattle.gov/Portal/welcome.aspx and use either the street address or the project number. Look for Master Use Permit or Project number with EG (early guidance) or MUP designation in the list and click on it. You will be directed to a page where you can click on Attachments to see all project documents, such as architect’s plans, tree surveys etc.
If you wish to comment on a project proposal, please review the plans, and make comments related to design. Include the address and project number. Watch for Departures/Variances. Developers often point out compensatory proposals to obtain the Departure, and your thoughts on those are also welcome.
