Mason Blacher

Mason Blacher, former Director of Major Gifts at Stanford University’s Graduate School of Business, is the founder and principal of a West Coast-based management consulting firm to nonprofit organizations. Focusing principally on fundraising, the firm serves clients throughout the U. S. and abroad. Recent years have seen him helping Historically Black Colleges and Universities (HBCU’s) in the South as well as organizations in Africa, where he spends three months or more each year and has visited 27 countries (and counting).

Closer to home, his clients have included the Seattle Symphony, Swedish Hospital, Puget Sound Blood Center (now Bloodworks), Ryther Child Center, Spectrum Dance Theater, and many more including the George Pocock Rowing Foundation and the Steamer Virginia V Foundation.

Boston-born Blacher is a 40-year resident of Seattle and 30-year resident of Eastlake.
